Do you charge per hour or per job?

Our end of tenancy cleaning is not charged per hour but per job. Please provide as much information as possible when making booking, so we can give you the most accurate quote.

Is cleaning the windows from outside included?

Cleaning the windows from outside is not a requirement for an end of tenancy cleaning.

Is oven cleaning included?

Cleaning of ovens is not included in service, there is small additional price for cleaning.

Do you need a deposit?

For most of our cleanings we don’t charge up front payments. However, for bigger jobs we may require 10% upfront payment to secure the booking.

What is excluded from the End of Tenancy Cleaning?

In our end of tenancy cleaning, we don’t normally clean walls. This is because when treated the paint may come off. Secondly, it’s not normally a requirement for an end of tenancy cleaning service to clean walls. However, if you need your walls cleaned we can do so, but at client’s responsibility.

Do I have to pay any extra charges e.g. parking, cleaning materials, equipment?

In short, NO. Our end of tenancy cleaners will bring everything they need including cleaning materials and equipment and will not charge you any extra charges such as parking. Our cleaning is also not limited in time, which means that we wont charge you any extra if we need to spend a little bit extra time at your property. Please note that a surcharge of £10 is applicable for appointments to be performed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
